Free Pass

This post was requested by Sir.  He requested that I share one of His policies of giving me a “free pass”.

Generally when i think of a free pass i think of something that allows you to get a no payments, no repercussions pass that you can use for a limited time there are also some that are good until you use them and you can use them anytime you want.  The latter is the type of free pass that Sir has given to me.  I got this pass from Sir as a reward for my good behavior his way of saying “good girl”.

I can use my free pass for any play or task that i don’t want to do at the moment.  My dynamic with Sir is that basically he is in charge.  It is at his discretion and direction that things happen in O/our space and I wouldn’t have it any other way.  I can use my free pass anytime I want but Sir reserves the right to, for a very good reason, take it away.  There is nothing that I can do per se to win another pass.  Meaning that I can not do a certain number of things and then expect to recieve a free pass and I cannot accumulate free passes.

That being said I still have only one pass that I have yet to use…LOL besides the things Sir has had me do have not been anything that I wanted to take a pass on.

Pole Dancing in China as Exercise

While I have heard of using erotic dancing similar to what one finds in a strip club as a form of aerobic exercise, it seems that the Chinese have improved on the concept. They have stepped up to pole dancing.  Personally, I think that if it is done properly, pole dancing is one of the most erotic, sensual and beautiful things I have ever seen.  Some of those girls have done some amazing things.  I will link a picture and a location to buy your own pole after the break.

A nightclub activity mostly considered the domain of strippers in the United States, pole dancing — but with clothes kept on — is nudging its way into the mainstream Chinese exercise market, with increasing numbers of gyms and dance schools offering classes.

Personally, I take a great interest in the healthy sex life of women.  The reason is pretty simple: Self Interest.  I love women, and I love enjoying sex with women (albeit with a twist). So I was pleased to find this article on CNN on 5 ways that a woman can improve her sex life. Though the foci of the article is on sexual dysfunction, I think that anybody would enjoy reading this. Anti-stress herbs

You don’t have to be Dr. Ruth to know that when you’re under stress, you’re not in the mood for love. “Stress levels will affect a woman’s libido. We’re more sensitive to stress than our male counterparts,” says Dr. Esther Konigsberg, medical director of the Family Practice Center of Integrative Health and Healing in Burlington, Ontario.

Konigsberg often suggests these anti-stress herbs to her patients with sexual problems: ashwagandha, astragalus, panax ginseng. Licorice can also be used for stress, but she says your physician must monitor your potassium levels.

My space

kneeling on my cushion, legs slightly parted, back straight, palms up and head slightly bowed.  This is where i find my place and my space and peace.

Each night I am to be in my space for 20 minutes.

Being a single mom with tons of responsibility it is hard to just sit and enjoy the moment.  I am often wondering, planning, and doing things for my family and people around me.  Very rarely does my mind stop thinking of something that needs to be done.

At first when i get in to position my mind wanders through many different subjects but through deep breathing techniques and centering myself ultimately my mind settles into just being. Just being the in moment and opening myself up to the universe is very freeing.  This is what Sir has been teaching me the art of just being.

Doing nothing but being here.

The Curious Case of the Kinky Dr. Beaton

Ok, so Mr. Beaton isn’t a Dr.  Instead he is a disturbed psychologist who abused his patients trust, as well as making the kinky community look bad. I found it via the West, and Australian news site.

A former Fremantle psychologist who used bondage and discipline role-playing to treat a 22-year-old bulimic woman has been ordered to see a psychiatrist after arguing he should not face disciplinary proceedings because he had post traumatic stress disorder since being cleared of sexually assaulting the client.

Bruce Alistair Beaton was acquitted last year of unlawful and indecent assault, and aggravated sexual penetration of the young woman, who also claimed the psychologist whipped her with a homemade cat-o’-nine-tails while treating her between January and March 2005.

During Mr Beaton’s highly publicised trial, the District Court was shown hidden camera recordings in which the then-64-year-old called the woman his “submissive”, describing her as “delicious” and telling her he was going to “enjoy” her and “have a taste” of her. The woman, who wore a dog collar in the footage, was told to “kneel” before reading an oath pledging her body and mind to her “master”.
