Service Book of Days 3/7/11

Outside my window… (weather, what do you hear, what do you see?) is a brisk night.  Still feel the cold of winter but with a hint of spring.

my thoughts… are on the things that I have done to move to be with Master.  There was so many thing sthat had to be done before I could move (house, kids, finances) that now that they are almost completed I feel anxious and nervous to the point of being sick.

I think it is extreme fear and the realization that there are no more obstacles and nothing else to hide behind.

Today’s Quote: I like living. I have sometimes been wildly, despairingly, acutely miserable, racked with sorrow, but through it all I still know quite certainly that just to be alive is a grand thing.

Agatha Christie
English mystery author (1890 – 1976)

i am thankful for…the sun and feeling the warmth and rebirth.

From my service training…(any skills, training etc; notes you want to share this week) learning more about the leather lifestyle and realizing that I do know a lot of stuff that still feels abstract…

From the kitchen…(menu for the week, what are you cooking?)  cooking for less people constructively.

i am wearing…black pants and black turtle neck

i am creating…(crafts, sewing etc;) Nothing new at the moment

my adventures this week…(where are you going this week?)  having my front porch finally fixed…eeek

Becoming well read…(What are you reading this week?) No books this week.

i manifest and co-create…(what are your hopes, dreams, and prayers this week)  Certainty and assuredness…confidence and peace.

Today’s Melody…(what music are you listening to? even if it’s just the sound of a bird…) No melodies today

The worst thing in the world….(what is one thing you would not want to see or do, tv)  is to see Prince songs being sung on Glee…shudders…I think of elevator music

One of my favorite things…is being able to do nothing but relax

further plans for this week…Cleaning my backyard.  It’s just something good about having things in order.   I love to have a clean house and orderly surroundings

Marriage and M/s – After the marriage

I figured it was time for me to update my thoughts on marriage and slavery now that I am married to my Master.   This has been another learning moment for me and I am greatful for Master being my Master and not acquiescing and being my husband.

My Master and I got married in November of 2010. This is my joy and my dilemma.

Since we have been married I have found that this has been causing major issues for me. It seems that my mindset went to wife. I saw my marriage to Master as being married to my husband. Which put me on equal footing. I started dropping my protocols in terms of speaking and behavior, making decisions on which rules I would follow and really not being my Master’s slave.

The thing that bought it in to focus for me was when I told my Master that I decided that I didn’t need to meditate anymore as I saw no more need for it. I told him in such a way that it should no big deal and that he should be perfectly okay with this. Even though this has been his rule for me since we met. This is not about me meditating or my seeing the need to meditate this is about following my Master’s rule.

That was a severe heart wrenching ouchy moment for me. Things are getting better, slowly and more mindful and i have not doubt we will be stronger for it

Anyone else have issues with being married and being a slave?

Slave Silks No Longer For Sale at Coquetry Clubwear

A while ago I mentioned a place where you could buy slave silks for a reasonable price. Sadly one of my readers pointed out today that they are no longer available. She asked if I could find an alternative source for such items.  Sadly, I haven’t been able to find a good source at the moment.  Too many damn Second Life links, LOL.  But I did find a nice link to a site that shows you how to make your own camisk. It looks to be pretty easy, I know my girl made her own and it wasn’t that hard.  So follow this link, and I think you will be happy.

Service Books of Days 2/21/11

v Outside my window… (weather, what do you hear, what do you see?) is snow.  Seeing the snow as I was out today really surprised me as I was just getting used to seeing the ground again.  Of course where my Master is the weather will be reaching 75..argh

v my thoughts… are on completing all of my projects and feeling like I can J

v Today’s Quote: Everything you can imagine is real.

Pablo Picasso
Spanish Cubist painter (1881 – 1973)

I like this one as nothing is impossible.  I have seen how seeing myself where I want to be has made such a great change for me.

v i am thankful for…warm blankets fresh out of the dryer…mmmmm snuggly soft

v From my service training…(any skills, training etc; notes you want to share this week)  being mindful in my service to Master.   These past few months have been a strain for us and mostly due to me being Master’s wife and not his slave.

v From the kitchen…(menu for the week, what are you cooking?) smaller dishes as now it is just me and the 2 kids.  Seems my son Josh has been staying with his g/f more and more…sigh

v i am wearing…a white comfy turtleneck and blue jeans

v i am creating…(crafts, sewing etc;) Nothing new at the moment

v my adventures this week…(where are you going this week?)  More house stuff and working with contractors.

v Becoming well read…(What are you reading this week?) No new books.

v i manifest and co-create…(what are your hopes, dreams, and prayers this week)  Realizing I am much happier as Master’s slave.  This is my reality and where I want to be.

v Today’s Melody…(what music are you listening to? even if it’s just the sound of a bird…) No music at the moment but the day is still early J

v One of my favorite things…is talking with Master before we both go to bed

v further plans for this week…Continued spring cleaning (despite what the weather says) of the house.  Spring will be here soon.

Service Book of Days 2/15/11

ü Outside my window… (weather, what do you hear, what do you see?) is melting snow…yay.  Though I like it when it is snowing this snow is yucky and dirty looking and dirt grosses me out

ü my thoughts… are on this phrase…Why do you call me Lord Lord and yet not do what I say.  I have been focusing a lot on actually staying true to my commitment of being Master’s slave and not just paying him lip service.  I realize that there are some habits that I have that I sort of “laugh off” without paying attention to how serious they are to my relationship with Master.  I believe in my relationship with Master there is no small things that can be overlooked.

ü Today’s Quote: Destiny is no matter of chance. It is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.

William Jennings Bryan
US lawyer, orator, & politician (1860 – 1925)

I think the best thing that I have done was to realize that waiting for my destiny to happen was me wasting my life away.    When I realized that my life was movement the whole world opened up for me.

ü i am thankful for…the sun and feeling the warmth and rebirth.

ü From my service training…(any skills, training etc; notes you want to share this week)  Time Management skills.  Currently I have been busy with kid stuff, Master’s items, house stuff (managing contractors) and work.  Sometimes when I get overwhelmed with too much stuff I just shut down.  I am learning that I can do more than one thing at a time if I just stop procrastinating, don’t let stuff build up, and prioritize.

ü From the kitchen…(menu for the week, what are you cooking?) Nothing new this week.

ü i am wearing…my flannel jammies.  It got cold here so I am wearing something warm tonight

ü my adventures this week…(where are you going this week?)  Continuing to get my daughter ready for September

ü Becoming well read…(What are you reading this week?) No books this week.

ü i manifest and co-create…(what are your hopes, dreams, and prayers this week)  Consistency and honesty in my behavior.

ü Today’s Melody…(what music are you listening to? even if it’s just the sound of a bird…)

ü One of my favorite things…Drinking milkshakes.  Mmmm chocolate

ü further plans for this week…Deep, deep housecleaning.
