Outside my window… (weather, what do you hear, what do you see?) is a sunny day.

 

 

my thoughts… are on so many things.  I can truly appreciate the need for having a mentor.

i am thankful for…peace of mind

 

 

From my service training…(any skills, training etc; notes you want to share this week) Nothing new at the moment

 

 

From the kitchen…(menu for the week, what are you cooking?)  smaller portion sizes, delicious tasting nutritious food.

 

 

i am wearing…black skinny jeans and blue jean shirt

 

 

i am creating…(crafts, sewing etc;) Nothing new at the moment

 

 

my adventures this week…(where are you going this week?)  talking with contractors, finding a way to send my daughter to boarding school, and other stuff

 

 

Becoming well read…(What are you reading this week?) No books this week.

 

i manifest and co-create…(what are your hopes, dreams, and prayers this week)  non-stressful space

 

 

Today’s Melody…(what music are you listening to? even if it’s just the sound of a bird…) No melodies today

 

One of my favorite things…is seeing the changes in my body due to my workouts.  I love how physically fit I am becoming

 

 

further plans for this week…going to see Master this weekend. yay
