Service Book of Days 3/19/12

19 03 2012

Outside my window… (weather, what do you hear, what do you see?) is the beginnings of a beautiful day.  squirrels, rabbits and birds are picking at the ground in front of my window.  Today will be a day filled with outside work.

my thoughts…are quiet.  I am done thinking about things that are out of my hands at the moment.

Today’s Quote:

Assert your right to make a few mistakes. If people can’t accept your imperfections, that’s their fault.
Dr. David M. Burns

i am thankful for…Conversations that mean something more than the words being spoken.

From my service training…(any skills, training etc; notes you want to share this week)  low carb cooking.  Master is cutting out complex carbs so I need to find meals that will fit for all of us.

i am wearing…My work clothes

i manifest and co-create…(what are your hopes, dreams, and prayers this week) peace and serenity

Today’s Melody…(what music are you listening to? even if it’s just the sound of a bird…)  If you want it you got it, you got to believe…The Weight Watchers commercial came on TV and Jennifer Hudson was singing their theme song.   Sort of got stuck in my head.
