my thoughts… are on techniques to process pain for extended times. Each time I visit with Master it seems he has a new technique to hurt my nipples…lol This time he was very creative. His hands are totally deadly weapons. This trip I was in tears on more than one occasion.

One of my favorite things…is warm cake, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream…decadent and delicious
