Bondage, Dominance, Submission, and Sadomasochism: Why S&M will never go mainstream. – Slate Magazine

I am seeing more and more articles about S&M in mainstream media. Here is one from Slate. I’m going to have to read it more than once to digest it, but I am not liking the flavor so far. Still he has some major points right, even if it is a bitter pill.

  1. Consent is the key. None should be forced to do anything that they don’t want.

Unfortunately, some people specifically enjoy when someone explicitly declines to engage in activity. My former attorney is a perfect example of this. She is sex trafficking my kids. When I complained about this, I was stalked, hacked and assaulted. The attorney says, “My kids, my rules,” and “I can do whatever I want, whenever I want.”

This is completely wrong. No child deserves to be treated like this.

AND WHY SHOULD I BE ASSAULTED BECAUSE I DON’T WANT MY KIDS TO BE ABUSED.

I believe that she is trying to impose some type of S & M situation: either be quiet and let your kids be raped, or you will be hurt.

I have resorted to posting an online petition to protect my kids.

Although my kids are too young to consent, the attorney says, “It’s not rape if they want it.”

I hope that one day consent will be the standard. Child always deserve to be protected.
