Outside my window… (weather, what do you hear, what do you see?) is a crisp night here in NC.  Quiet sounds, quiet thoughts.

i am thankful for…being able to run

From my service training…(any skills, training etc; notes you want to share this week) making more things from scratch as opposed to buying.  Small things (pancake mix, cakes, cookies, pies, spaghetti sauce)

i am wearing… workout pants and white long sleeve shirt

my adventures this week…(where are you going this week?)  hoping that my house will close.  Will be hanging at Capex this weekend.  Demonstration on cutting.

Becoming well read…(What are you reading this week?)Listening to Scott Sigler’s “The All Pro”.
