Outside my window… (weather, what do you hear, what do you see?) is a beautiful Spring night.

my thoughts… many.

Sometimes there is so much emotion

Sometimes there is so much feeling

Sometimes there is so much pain

Sometimes there is so much love

Sometimes…

Glistening eyes

Full Heart

Joyful Soul

Life is amazing

Today’s Quote: Love is the difficult realization that something other than oneself is real.

Iris Murdoch - British novelist (1919 – 1999)

i manifest and co-create…(what are your hopes, dreams, and prayers this week) Contentment

Today’s Melody…(what music are you listening to? even if it’s just the sound of a bird…)  When I’m With You, I hear A Song, That makes me laugh and smile and sing to you.  When I’m with I feel so free…..

“With You” by Tony Terry

One of my favorite things…chillaxing with music and my kids

Service Book of Days 1/18/10

18 01 2010

v Outside my window… (weather, what do you hear, what do you see?)  It is a beautiful day out.  I went out for a run and the weather was cold but not brutally so.  Perfect weather for running.

v my thoughts…are open and accepting.  It has been a year since I have been Master’s slave and I am choosing not to look back but to look forward to more.

v Today’s Quote… 1 Corinthians 13:1-8a and 13
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails….And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. (NIV)

This is one of my favorite quotes.  It shows how love for someone goes past the emotional phase.  Being in love with someone takes active participation.  It takes living.  It takes growth.

v i am thankful for…my life and being alive.  For the struggles and being fortunate enough to love and be loved.

v From my service training…(any skills, training etc; notes you want to share this week) Grace and inner peace.

v From the kitchen…(menu for the week, what are you cooking?)  Planned menu for the week will include, baked chicken, fish, spaghetti.

v i am wearing…my comfy clothes with fuzzy socks

v i am creating…(crafts, sewing etc;)  I am a work of art being molded and formed by Master.

v my adventures this week…(where are you going this week?)  No adventures this week.    Fixing the house to sale.

v Becoming well read…(What are you reading this week?)  I have been listening to a podiobook written by Scott Sigler.  He does great  horror podcasts.

v i manifest and co-create…(what are your hopes, dreams, and prayers this week) Peace and tranquility in my house and with my children.

v Today’s Melody…(what music are you listening to? even if it’s just the sound of a bird…) No tunes today.

v One of my favorite things… has become the endorphin rush from working out.  I always love to just get out doors and run.  Such a freeing experience.  There is always a challenge to be met in running so I never get bored of it.  I am glad that with my physical limitation I can get back outside and run.

v further plans for this week…Continuing to fix the house to sell.  It has been extremely windy on the east coast and such wind tore pieces of siding from my house.  Sighs…something else to add to the list.

v Still….life(share a picture you’ve taken OR a picture you found online that speaks to you)

This is another picture taken by my daughter when she went to the butterfly habitat.

Service Book of Days – 12/7/09

7 12 2009
  • Outside my window… (weather, what do you hear, what do you see?)  is a cold and chilly evening but very refreshing after the stuffiness of being inside.  Mmmmm I love the crispness in the air.
  • my thoughts…are pensive.  I crashed harder than usual from being with Master and I am not sure why.  I think it is the separation that is finally getting to me.  I know my relationship with Master is secure.  I just am so ready to be with him.
  • Today’s Quote… Love is everything it’s cracked up to be…It really is worth fighting for, being brave for, risking everything for.    Erica Jong, O Magazine, February 2004

I know I had this quote for last week but I am still feeling it.  For myself, in the past, if stuff got too hard for me emotionally or called for me to open up more than was comfortable for me, I would have bolted or shut myself off.  I was trying to preserve and protect myself but in reality I was putting myself in a cage.

Love is really worth fighting for not just for the other person but for myself.  Freedom of expression and self…authentic life, as someone told me

  • i am thankful for…each and everyday.
  • From my service training…(any skills, training etc; notes you want to share this week) My daughter is teaching me how to crochet.    I made my first chain and half a scarf.
  • From the kitchen…(menu for the week, what are you cooking?)  I made baked chicken with ginger, cheddar cheese cornbread and mixed vegetables.
  • i am wearing…my workout clothes and I had a chance to go to the gym after work.  Doing two times a day.
  • i am creating…(crafts, sewing etc;)  peace and tranquility and the feeling of the season for my children.  Joyous and celebratory and thankful.
  • my adventures this week…(where are you going this week?)  No adventures this week.
  • Becoming well read…(What are you reading this week?)  I am still reading Anneke Jacobs book “As She’s told”.
  • i manifest and co-create…(what are your hopes, dreams, and prayers this week) Peace and tranquility in my house and with my children.
  • Today’s Melody…(what music are you listening to? even if it’s just the sound of a bird…) So while trying to find the song that Master and I danced to, I came across this song by Atlantic Star.  Man I love the music from this area.

  • One of my favorite things..is to read a good book.
  • further plans for this week…Continuing to fix the house to sell.

Service Savoire Faire 9/28/9

28 09 2009
  • Outside my window… (weather, what do you hear, what do you see?) it is a nice day out rainy but the breeze blowing felt really good…sort of warm. I love it. Sort of wish I was naked in a field letting the rain and win caress my body…sighs.

  • my thoughts…are on setting my life in order. Organizing things so that the kids and I can move our life closer to Master.

  • Today’s Quote…”As I drifted away I could only bask in the good feelings being with a man I loved one whose life had become inextricably woven into mine. Whatever else mastery and slavery has held for us, it has meant contentment.”  The Compleat Slave, Jack Rinella

  • I remember saying to Master when we first got together that the one thing I did not want was for us to to get use to each other. To me that meant we would fall into a rut of taking each other for granted and not appreciating each other. Sort of losing sight of how special we are to each other.

  • I have changed my view on that. When I am in Master’s space, my very soul just breathes a sigh of relief and contentment. I am soulfully happy to be in his space and I love it.

  • i am thankful for…always my family, all my moments – good and bad

  • From my service training… (any skills, training etc; notes you want to share this week) I am learning to focus on my space through meditation.

  • From the kitchen… (menu for the week, what are you cooking?) So I made my butternut squash soup and homemade biscuits for dinner this weekend. It was a hit and miss. The soup was a bit thicker than I expected because I think I over beat it since I made it with cream. My youngest daughter made the homemade biscuits and we had a lot of fun cooking and sharing with each other. My youngest son Jacob was not too enthused on the soup. He is a meat and potatoes kind of guy and the thought of having soup as a main meal was not good for him. He said that he never heard of someone having soup for an entrée that people only order it as an appetizer. LOL So the next meal I cook will have to be something with substance. He ended up eating a frozen pizza. Also, as something I thought would be interesting I served the soup in wine glasses which two of my children liked but again my finicky eater Jacob did not like it.

This cooking thing is turning out to be a fun adventure not just for me but for the kids as well.

  • i am wearing…my skin…lol relaxing in the freedom to be free.

  • i am creating… (crafts, sewing etc;) nothing new at the moment

  • my adventures this week… (where are you going this week?) No adventures this weekend. I am going to continue to do stuff around my house.

  • Becoming well read… (What are you reading this week?) Listening to the Four Agreements and thinking about getting the new Oprah selection called Say You’re One of Them by Uwem Akpan. I read the few pages posted on her site and was instantly grabbed by the visuals created.

  • i manifest and co-create… (what are your hopes, dreams, and prayers this week) Peace and tranquility in my house and with my children. I pray for the people around us to not take their life for granted.

  • Todays Melody… (what music are you listening to? even if it’s just the sound of a bird…) So I was on the train coming home and I was tired and totally impatient for the doors to open at my stop. I heard one of best sounds ever….a baby laughing. I love that sound. Babies laugh with such abandon and joy. Perked me right up.

  • One of my favorite things…is to daydream. Yeah I admit I like to take moments and let my mind wander to wherever it wants to go. I dream and day dream in bright vibrant colors.

  • further plans for this week…housecleaning/clearing. Continuing my workout plan. Fixing up my house further.

  • Still….life (share a picture you’ve taken OR a picture you found online that speaks to you)
